Terms and Conditions
- All rates are per person per night and are given in South African rands and include VAT.
- Rates may be subject to change. Confirmed bookings will be honoured at the agreed rate.
- A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm a booking. Full payment to be made no later than 4 weeks before check-in. Cancellation fees are 30% up to 4 weeks before check-in, and 100% thereafter.
- Waterhole view suite 5 is reserved for the elderly and disabled guests. Waterhole view suites 6 and 7 cannot be pre-booked.
- Children under the age of 6 are not permited on normal game drives unless a private vehicle is booked. Otherwise, we offer “bumble” drives and baby-sitting services.
